• Lemon juice – 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
For Garnishing
• Onion & Tomato (chopped)
• Namkeen (optional)

2. Namkeen Jave

• Jave- 1 bowl
• Oil- 2tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Peeled Peas – 1 small bowl
• Carrot – 1 small bowl
• Beans – 1 small bowl
• Green chilli- 1, chopped fine
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric- ¼tsp
• Tomato – 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Roasted Vermicilli
• Water as per required
• Coriander leaves – 1 small bowl

3. Sooji Upma

• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Chana Dal – 1 tbsp

• Cashew –10 slit
